JH VOLLEYBALL ACTION
After struggling at the start of the 2007 junior high volleyball season, the Midway JH Lady Vikes have won two consecutive matches.
Midway opened the season with losses to Archie, Butler, and Adrian. The JH Lady Vikes failed to win a match at the Rich Hill Tournament, and they tasted defeat at Osceola. However, the JH Lady Vikes have turned things around with a win over Lakeland on September 27 and a win over Drexel October 2. The JH Lady Vikings play at Miami on October 4 and at the WEMO Tournament (Appleton City) October 6. Midway hosts Appleton City on October 9 and the JH Lady Vikings wrap-up the season at Rich Hill on October 11.
